Buku ini mengulas mengenai beberapa pendekatan yang digunakan dalam melakukan deteksi dini risiko psikosis, dilengkapi dengan macam-macam asesmen yang dapat digunakan, serta dilengkapi dengan kumpulan kajian atau penelitian yang mengulas tentang kondisi mental yang berisiko mengalami gangguan psikosis dari mulai konsep, asesmen, dan intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada individu dengan kondisi mental tersebut. Buku ini juga mencakup bagaimana melakukan deteksi dini kondisi mental dengan risiko gangguan psikosis. Lingkup pemanfaatan buku ini dapat digunakan oleh praktisi kesehatan yang menangani kesehatan mental, mahasiswa, ataupun psikolog yang tertarik dengan topik risiko psikosis. Pembaca akan lebih memahami perspektif deteksi dini psikosis khususnya dua pendekatan yang lazim digunakan yaitu basic symptom dan ultrahigh risk. Penelitian-penelitian yang kami sajikan akan memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai konsep deteksi dini dan kondisi mental berisiko psikosis.
